MINNEAPOLIS, MN (February 10) – Gear up for the T-Maxx™, Minneapolis monster truck fans! John Seasock and Traxxas’ entry in United States Hot Rod Association Monster Jam® competition are on their way.
Seasock, a 15-year veteran of monster truck competition, will drive Traxxas’ full-size T-Maxx in the February 19th Monster Jam in Minneapolis’ Hubert H. Humphrey Metrodome rather than the February 18-20 Monster Jam at the Centrum Center in Worcester, MA.
“It’s a big stadium show that will be televised on the SPEED Channel,” Seasock said of the Metrodome Monster Jam. “There will be plenty of tough competitors there. There’s never any slack for us. That’s OK though; we’ll be fine.”
Seasock and the T-Maxx, which won the finals race in the Thunder Nationals at Bryce Jordan Center on the Penn State University campus last Friday, will compete against the Grave Digger® driven by Dennis Anderson, Maximum Destruction®, Hot Wheels®, Predator®, Godzilla®, Rolling Thunder®, Devastator®, Destroyer®, War Wizard® and Wild Hair®.
“The Metrodome is a cool place,” Seasock said. “It has a big floor and always attracts a sellout crowd (63,000). There are plenty of RC fanatics up there, so we’re looking forward to a good show.”
