THOMPSON, OH (June 20) – The Traxxas T-Maxx™ was the featured attraction during the StarBoyz StuntFest last weekend at Thompson Raceway Park.

Driver John Seasock thrilled the crowd of 40,000 each day while pulling triple duty. The USHRA’s Fan Choice Award winner performed freestyle exhibitions in Traxxas’ full-size replica of its #1-selling R/C monster truck and performed stunts on motorcycles and four-wheelers.

“It was awesome,” Seasock said Monday. “We had a blast and the T-Maxx was great. We displayed the monster truck and got everybody pumped up with some doughnuts during Friday’s pre-StuntFest party. We put on an impressive freestyle exhibition that included doughnuts and jumps Saturday, on the first day of the StuntFest. Mike (Hoy, the team’s crew chief) got the truck ready again Sunday and we put on another good freestyle performance. We almost turned the T-Maxx over on a big-air jump on Sunday, but it came back down on the tires. My heart raced a little bit, but it was a good time.

“The StarBoyz promoters and fans were really happy, and it was a great time. The hospitality was awesome.”

Seasock, a 15-year veteran of monster truck racing, is also an avid motorcycle stunt driver.

“I entered a motorcycle contest called ‘Last Man Standing’ that was a lot of fun,” Seasock said. “It’s kind of like a demolition derby. You sit on your gas tank with your legs over the handlebars. There are plenty of guys out there in a little area riding around trying to knock each other over. It’s a lot of fun.”

”It was a really good weekend,” Seasock said. “There were crews filming and shooting photos for DVDs. We’re going to be on the official StarBoyz StuntFest DVD and several others. The fans loved the T-Maxx!”

Seasock will battle Grave Digger®, Bounty Hunter®, Iron Outlaw®, King Krunch® and El Matador® in the USHRA Summer Heat Monster Jam® at Lubbock Motor Speedway in Lubbock, TX, Thursday, Friday and Saturday.
