ENGLISHTOWN, NJ (July 14) – The Traxxas T-Maxx™ was the monster truck to beat in Wednesday’s Summer Motorsports Spectacular!

John Seasock drove the larger-than-life-size version of Traxxas’ #1-selling R/C monster truck into the racing finals and treated the fans to a fabulous show in the freestyle competition at Old Bridge Township Raceway Park.

“We had an awesome night,” Seasock said Thursday. “The side-by-side racing and freestyle were great. We raced against Bigfoot® in the first round, and we were able to beat him. That put us in the finals against Black Stallion®. The track was really wet and muddy, and I slid past the final turn. It was like driving on ice. We lost in the finals, but we beat Bigfoot again, which is really good.

“We had a great time in freestyle, too. We got some big air and turned some tight doughnuts. The announcer said we had one of the two best passes in freestyle. When we were signing autographs, fans came by and told us they really enjoyed it.”

Seasock will drive the T-Maxx in the Southern Monster Truck Showdown Friday, Saturday and Sunday at Florida Parishes Arena in Amite, LA.
