LAKE CHARLES, LOUSIANA (September 30, 2006) – The Traxxas T-Maxx monster truck rolled into the Lake Charles Civic Center for a weekend of monster truck wheelie, donut, and freestyle competition on the Extreme Monster Truck Nationals circuit. T-Maxx, driven by Sean Duhon, competed against Sudden Impact, Bad News Travels Fast, and Clydesdale.
On Saturday night T-Maxx performed a set of ferocious cyclones on the concrete floor winning the donut contest by crowd applause. In the wheelie contest Duhon piloted the Traxxas machine to a 2nd place finish. Freestyle was wild as T-Maxx put on an awesome show filled with wheelies, big air, and more cyclones much to the crowd’s delight. When it was over, T-Maxx emerged the winner of the freestyle competition!
On Sunday T-Maxx viciously smoked the tires thanks to the engines brute power. T-Maxx unleashed another fantastic cyclone that definitively took the win! In the wheelie contest Duhon pointed T-Maxx’s nose into the air for a near vertical wheelie that got fans on their feet! Freestyle was no different. T-Maxx continued its winning ways taking home the freestyle victory for the second show in a row!
